1. What is my Log-in information for the website?
   User Name: The last name of the contact person at your company
   Password: Your company’s Membership Number including the preceding zeros
   
   
2. How do I find my ARA membership number?
   ARA members receive a membership card with both new membership and renewal letters. Both letters feature a perforated membership card with a membership number on it. You can also email info@ara.org or call ARA member services at 847.375.4800 if you’re unable to locate your number.
   
   
3. How do I renew my membership?
   There are a few easy ways to renew your membership:
   • Online at www.ara.org. Under the Members Only drop down, click “Renew Membership” and follow the on-screen instructions.
   • Renew by phone with a credit card by calling 800.344.2148.
   • Renew by fax by faxing your renewal invoice with credit card payment to 847.375.6480
   • By mail: Return your renewal invoice with payment to:

4. What is the ARA Member Plus Program?
   The ARA Retailer Member Plus Program is available only to companies with a full ARA retailer membership. For an additional $99, Member Plus participants gain the following benefits:
   
   • Priority listing on the ARA website (www.ara.org) and ARA’s new market development program (www.recognitionisrewarding.com). ARA Member Plus enrollees are listed first and in bold type in the Find a Dealer and Locate a Retailer sections on each site.
   • Early Entrance to the ARA International Awards Market in Las Vegas. ARA Member Plus enrollees can enter the show floor 60 minutes prior to the general opening, giving them exclusive access to exhibitors.
   • Exclusive, free access to ARA Industry Trends Webinar. ARA Member Plus enrollees receive exclusive access to this informative webinar announcing the results of the annual ARA Industry Trends Survey.
   • Special Discounted Rates for hands-on and for free seminars at the ARA Show. ARA Member Plus participants receive $10 off the popular “Hands-On” and “Special Presentations” offered at the Las Vegas show.
   • Priority Seating at the Awards Gala in Las Vegas. ARA member Plus Enrollees have reserved seating which provides them the best views of the many creative and talented members and volunteers of ARA who are recognized by the association.

5. How can I update my contact information?
   ARA members can update contact information online at www.ara.org. Under the Members Only dropdown and click “Update Member Information.”
   
   
6. Where can I find ARA suppliers?
   ARA members can update their contact information online at www.ara.org. Go to the Members Only section and click “Locate a Supplier.” A listing of suppliers is also available in the Online Buyer’s Guide under the “Locate a Supplier” link.
   
   
7. Where can I locate ARA dealers?
   Go to www.ara.org. On the home page click on “Locate a Retailer” in the top left hand corner of the page.
   
   
8. How can I access webinar information?
   ARA members can access current and archived webinar information online at www.ara.org. Go to the Members Only drop down and click “ARA Webinars.”
   
   
9. How can I get involved or volunteer for ARA?
   Go to the Members Only drop down and click “Volunteer for ARA.” A representative of ARA should contact you when an opportunity arises.
   
   
10. Where can I find news about the ARA International Awards Market?
    Go to www.aralasvegas.com. You can also access this site through ara.org by clicking the “ARA Las Vegas Show” link at the top of the page.
    
    
11. How do I access the ARA Online Buyer’s Guide?

12. What is the Recognition is Rewarding website (www.recognitionisrewarding.com)?
    Recognition is Rewarding is ARA’s new market development program. The program is designed to increase awareness of the awards and recognition industry and help grow ARA retailer’s businesses. The information on the website is available for ARA members to use on their website with appropriate sourcing. ARA members are encouraged to display the recognition is rewarding logo on their sites.

14. How do I enter a nomination for the ARA Awards Gala or get additional information about ARA’s Awards Program?
    All nominations and entries are taken online. Go to www.ara.org and on the Home Page click on “ARA Awards.” Information about the Awards Program is also accessible under the “About ARA” drop down under the “Awards Program” link.
