General Information
Preregistration Deadline: March 10, 2006
ARA Member Registration: ARA Members benefit from FREE access to the
Show floor and all Business-Building educational sessions.
“Qualified” Nonmember Registration:
Preregistration fee—$30/person. On-site registration fee—$40/person. Fees for
educational seminars vary; please refer to course descriptions and
registration form for details. Nonmembers must present one of the following to
be “Qualified” to register for the Show:
- Copy of sales tax license
- Copy of business license
- Two of the following: business card; Yellow Pages advertisement; invoice
from award/engraving supplier; utility bill for place of business; company
credit card; company check.
Preregistration: Register by March 10 and have your badge
conveniently ready for pick-up at registration. Register by phone, fax, mail,
or online at www.ara.org.

Airline Information
ARA has selected United and Delta airlines to provide discounted fares for
the 2006 ARA East Coast Awards Market. You or your travel agent can contact
either United or Delta at the numbers listed below. To obtain the lowest fares
(discounted up to 10%), your travel arrangements must be made 60 days in
advance (Delta) or 30 days in advance (United) of the offi cial meeting dates.
As a frequent fl yer, you will receive credit for all miles fl own.

Confirmation Packet: Confirmation packets will be mailed within 3
weeks of receipt of registration. Please contact ARA if you do not receive a
confirmation.

Cancellation Policy: Show registration cancellations must be made in
writing. Full refunds will be made if you cancel at least 14 days prior to
seminar or workshop. No refunds if cancellation is made within 14 days. Please
keep a copy of your registration for your records.
Deductibility of Expenses: Consult your tax adviser for more
information regarding the deductibility of registration and membership
expenses.
Program Changes and Cancellations: ARA reserves the right to
substitute speakers or to cancel and reschedule sessions due to any unforeseen
circumstances. If ARA must cancel a show, registrants will receive a full
credit or refund of their paid registration fee. No refunds can be made for
lodging, airfare, or any related expense
