Hotel
The Las Vegas Hilton is the head-quarters hotel for the 2008 ARA International Awards Market. ARA has secured special conference rates of $156, plus tax, single/double. Be sure to mention that you are with ARA to receive these rates. A limited number of rooms have been reserved at this special rate and may sell out prior to the cutoff date of January 25, 2008. Reservations made after the room block is sold out or after the cutoff date may be subject to a higher rate. The special conference rate will be available, based on hotel availability, 3 days before and after the conference.

Airline Information
United Airlines is offering special meeting discounts for attendees of the 2008 ARA International Awards Market. Call (or have your travel agent call) the United Special Meeting Desk at 800/521-4041 and refer to Meeting ID Number 550KO to receive a 2%–15% discount off applicable fares. If you purchase your ticket at least 30 days prior to travel, you will receive an additional 5% discount (on most classes of service). This special offer applies to travel on domestic segments of all United Airlines, United Express, TED, and United code share flights (UA*) operated by US Airways, US Airways Express, and Air Canada.
To purchase your ticket online, visit www.united.com and receive a 5% discount off the lowest applicable fares. After you link to www.united.com, enter your origin and destination, travel dates, and your promotion code number 550KO; available flights will then be displayed. Flights that qualify for the discount will be clearly identified with a red star symbol, which means that the itinerary is “electronic certificate eligible.” When you select an electronic certificate eligible flight, United will automatically calculate and present your discounted fare. This special offer applies to flights to or from the United States only. There are no fees for booking online. Note the Code 550KO is case sensitive and the characters need to be capitalized.

Registration Information
Preregistration Deadline: February 15, 2008
ARA Member Registration: ARA Members benefit from FREE access to the show floor and all business-building educational sessions.
“Qualified” Nonmember Registration: Preregistration fee is $50/person. On-site registration fee is $60/person. Fees for educational seminars vary; please refer to course descriptions and registration form for details.
Nonmembers must present one of the following to be “qualified” to register for the Show:
- Copy of sales tax license
- Copy of business license
- Two of the following: business card; Yellow Pages advertisement; in-voice from award/engraving supplier; utility bill for place of business; company credit card; company check
Preregistration: Register by February 15 and have your badge conveniently ready for pick-up at registration. Register by phone, fax, mail, or online.
Confirmation Packet: Confirmation packets will be mailed within 3 weeks of receipt of registration. Please contact ARA if you do not receive a confirmation.
Special Assistance: If you need special assistance, please call ARA Member Services at 800/344–2148 or 847/375–4800.
Cancellation Policy: Show registration cancellations must be made in writing. Full refunds will be made if you cancel at least 14 days prior to seminar or workshop. There are no refunds if cancellation is made with-in 14 days. Please keep a copy of your registration for your records.
Deductibility of Expenses: Consult your tax adviser for more information regarding the deductibility of registration and membership expenses.
Program Changes and Cancellations: ARA reserves the right to substitute speakers or to cancel and reschedule sessions due to any unforeseen circumstances. If ARA must cancel a show, registrants will receive a full credit or refund of their paid registration fee. No refunds can be made for lodging, airfare, or any related expenses.
